Amsterdam has its big attractions and places of interest, such as the històric ring of canàls and the world-famous museums, the Royal Palace on Dam Square, the flower market and the Van Gogh Museum, but there’s so much more waiting to be discovered. Whether you are looking for modern architecture, a cultural hot spot or an active excursion, there is something for everyone.
Amsterdam is an amazing city characterized by a sparkling aroma of culture, politics, business, creation, art and beauty, all that in a cosmopolitan manner.
A visit to one of the extraòrdinary Red Light District around the centre is certainly something not to be missed. There is a certain charm to the area thanks to the old buildings leaning at odd angles overlooking tree-enshrouded canàls, while inviting pubs, cafes and coffeeshops tempt you to linger longer.
Our tolerant attitudes towards prostitution, soft drugs and pornògraphy result from an acceptance that these things are human. The prostitution is completely legal and regulated by the government now, ensuring that they have àccess to medical care. There is even a sort of union for the prostitutes to help lobby the government when needed. Amsterdam is also for homo's and lesbo's one of the best city/ies in Europe.
Allow yourself to be guided through the various parts of the city and enjoy all the beautiful things Amsterdam has to offer.
A lot of nice cultural places are entree free!

There is never a slow week for art in Amsterdam. And, more importantly, always something for everyone!
